DCF 難燃導電布泡棉，擁有難燃的特性(UL94V0)，並具良好的導電性及回復性，利於特殊EMI/ESD對策應用；除供應常規矩形，另可特製其它形狀及沖型加工服務。
DCF series 難燃導電布泡棉是以難燃導電布與PU泡棉由熱熔膠膜熔合，其導電布在表層噴佈阻燃劑，使導電布具有難燃效果，包覆的成型體，經由導入模具、成型模具及定型模具製作不同尺寸的難燃導電泡棉。(通過UL94V0驗證~!!台灣製造!!)
藉由難燃導電布泡棉表面導電布的特性，其本體具有難燃效果，且能有效提供電磁波屏蔽及導電接地的功能；導電泡棉於機構體或電子電路接地側，多以導電膠帶黏貼結合，將導電泡棉底側覆上導電膠，貼合於機構體或欲產生短路效果的位置，在利用PU泡棉受壓縮後的回覆力對反向端點施力，進而於機構體間產生導電效果及區域屏蔽。
難燃導電布泡棉是一種低單價且可多元應用的導電與屏蔽應用材料，因其具有難燃效果且擁有良好的電磁波屏蔽、高導電性、壓縮性(回覆力)、耐高溫...等特性，故於電子產品EMI及ESD應用對策領域中，已廣泛且普遍的使用(例:電子產品I/O埠、電子產品外殼、電路板接地側對策、機構體間隙...等EMI及ESD對策)。在實際應用中，可另與導電布、導電布膠帶、銅箔、鋁箔、吸波材、SMT gasket...等材料搭配應用。
