導電泡棉-DCG-3353 EMI Shielding Gasket Introduction

DCG-3353 導電泡棉是完全台灣製造，以高品質導電纖維布、特選PU泡棉及熱熔膠膜，經由導入模具、成型模具及定型模具的引導控制，在高溫下溶合包覆的成型體(寬與高的控制)。在單一側貼覆雙面導電膠(亦可使用一般膠)，用於須屏蔽或導電之機構體位置。

藉由導電泡棉表面導電布的特性，能有效提供電磁波屏蔽及導電接地的功能；導電泡棉於機構體或電子電路接地側，多以導電膠帶黏貼結合，將導電泡棉底側覆上導電膠，貼合於機構體或欲產生短路效果的位置，在利用PU泡棉受壓縮後的回覆力對反向端點施力，進而於機構體間產生導電效果及區域屏蔽。
