DBG黑色導電泡棉 是以導電布 與PU泡棉 由熱溶膠膜溶合，包覆的成型體，經由導入模具、成型模具及定型模具製作不同尺寸的黑色導電泡棉。
藉由導電泡棉 表面導電布的特性，能有效提供電磁波屏蔽及導電接地的功能；導電泡棉 於機構體或電子電路接地側，多以導電膠帶黏貼結合，將導電泡棉 底側覆上導電膠，貼合於機構體或欲產生短路效果的位置，在利用PU泡棉受壓縮後的回覆力對反向端點施力，進而於機構體間產生導電效果及區域屏蔽。
DGB導電泡棉 廣泛的應用於電腦設備、通訊設備、自動控制、醫療設備、影音設備....等電子產品，依其特性，有效處理EMI、ESD及必要遮光問題。常見導電泡棉的種類：灰色導電泡棉、黑色導電泡棉、格紋導電泡棉、難燃導電泡棉....等。
導電布泡棉 是一種低單價且可多元應用的導電與屏蔽應用材料，因其擁有良好的電磁波屏蔽、高導電性、壓縮性(回覆力)、耐高溫...等特性，故於電子產品EMI及ESD應用對策領域中，已廣泛且普遍的使用(例:電子產品I/O埠、電子產品外殼、電路板接地側對策、機構體間隙...等EMI及ESD對策)。
